The Vermont Womenpreneurs Summit is made possible by our sponsors and creates an opportunity for us to promote your business or organization through our growing digital and community presence.

This year our Summit is taking place in-person at the Old Lantern Inn and Barn in Charlotte on Wednesday, June 5th from 5:00pm-8:30pm. We will host 250 attendees including local organizations and small businesses at this event. This year’s theme is RENEWAL. Sponsors make a difference for our events as it allows us to make this engaging network event accessible to our community of women-empowered businesses and organizations as well as support local vendors. The benefits of sponsoring the VTW Summit includes:

  • Reserved tickets for you and your guests: You will be guaranteed an allotment of tickets to the Summit for you and guests (depending on sponsorship level).

  • Digital platforms: Your business logo, website and/or social media links will be featured on this site plus a full page directory entry. Additionally, we will feature business on our Facebook pages (2.1k followers) and Instagram profile (12k followers).

  • Summit stage and signage: On the evening of the Summit we will announce sponsors and present your logos on event signage and digital displays. SHERO sponsors will get 1-minute of stage time and your logo will be included on our Summit recording.

  • Printed program and swag bag: Your business will receive a full, half, or quarter page space on our printed program and inclusion of promotional materials to our swag bag for attendees.

  • Exhibitor Table: SHERO and Champion sponsors will have an exhibitor table near the performance area.

Summit Sponsorship Levels

  • Connector

    Connector sponsor benefits include:
    (1) digital and swag bag inclusion;
    (2) 2 complimentary tickets to the Summit;
    (3) ¼ page advertisement in Summit program.

    Sponsorship level: $300 (Unlimited spots)

  • Collaborator

    Collaborator sponsor benefits include:
    (1) digital, stage, and swag bag inclusion;
    (2) 3 complimentary tickets to the Summit;
    (3) 1/2 page placement in Summit program and;
    (4) logo on intro and outro Summit presentation.

    Sponsorship level: $575 (Limit 6 spots)

  • SHERO

    SHERO sponsor benefits include:
    (1) digital, stage, and swag bag inclusion;
    (2) 4 complimentary tickets to the Summit;
    (3) Full page placement in Summit Program;
    (4) logo on intro and outro Summit presentation;
    (5) 1-minute of stage time;
    (6) your logo on edited recording of Summit and;
    (7) on-site exhibitor table.

    Sponsorship level: $1600 (limit 6 spots)

  • Champion

    Champion sponsor benefits include:

    (1) digital, stage, and swag bag inclusion;

    (2) 5 complimentary tickets to the Summit;

    (3) Full page placement in Summit Program;

    (4) logo on intro and outro Summit presentation;

    (5) 3-minutes of stage time;

    (6) your logo on edited recording of Summit;

    (7) on-site exhibitor table and;

    (8) Titled presenting sponsor of Summit on all marketing on-site, print, and online.
