Elena is the Director of Business Resources at Vermont Community Loan Fund, and has held various roles working with and for Vermont nonprofits, farms and food producers, and small businesses for over 16 years. Coupled with her past experiences as a small business owner in both California and Vermont, her priority is supporting and amplifying the success of those who have been historically marginalized in financial and business spaces.
